As the Manager of Business Transformation and Technology, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to driving innovation, optimising processes, and enabling technology-driven success.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a forward-thinking leader with a passion for technology, innovation, and transformation. The ideal candidate will have:

• Tertiary and/or post graduate qualifications in IT, Data Science, Project Management (IT specialisation), Business, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• A track record in leading digital transformation and driving operational excellence.
• Expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, and information management.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
• A commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering measurable results.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) (Previously known as a police check)
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence
• Psychometric Assessment
