Manager of Center Operations

Butterfly Effects is a national leader in providing evidence-based treatment to children and families affected by Autism. We are seeking a highly organized professional to manage the business operations of our ABA Center in Fresno, California. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full/part-time staff, scheduling, and interfacing with families and children. This professional will become a member of center leadership team working with our Center and Regional Directors. This job represents a tremendous opportunity performing socially significant work with an established leader in the Autism treatment industry.
Butterfly Effects will train this professional on health-care issues related to Autism and medical service authorizations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of management leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading operations processes, building and expanding team operations, facilities management, and management of vendors.
  • ABA Therapy experience a plus
  • Ability and willingness to work with a diverse workforce balancing individual and business needs.
  • Must have well developed professional and social interaction skills.
  • Dedicated to building a positive and productive work culture

Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily operation of the Center by supervising administrative and support team members and contractors, and programmatic supervision of clinical staff under the direction of our Center and Regional Director.
  • Act as the Center HR liaison providing oversight of HR policies and employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with California Rest and Meal break policies.
  • Maintain consistent inventory and ordering of materials.
  • Help manage client behavior to ensure regular attendance.
  • Manage center operations including supplies, cleanliness, scheduling of facilities, safety of the environment, appearance of the Center, and any other operational issues that arise.
  • Schedule contractors and maintenance personnel as needed.
  • Consult with the National Director of Center Development.
  • Maintain client attendance records.
  • Facilitate scheduling of staff assigned to work with clients.
  • Work with the Center Director to train staff on policy and procedures.
