Job Title: Manager of Clinical Services
Status: Full-time | Permanent
FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week)
Vacancies: 1
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: The Newly Institute Edmonton Clinic (13609, 163 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5V 0B2)

EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of five years of experience working in a health care setting in a clinical or management capacity is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience within a WCB (return to work) sponsored contractual clinical environment is required.
  • Equivalences of experience may be considered.

EDUCATION

  • A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, or related field is required.
  • A master’s degree in a related field is a significant asset.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Operations, you will be responsible for directing the service delivery of The Newly Institute’s Edmonton Clinic, with a focus on operational effectiveness, clinical quality, stakeholder relations, financial and people leadership, and business development. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment as a collaborative leader to a dynamic multidisciplinary team to deliver client service excellence and strong financial results.
