Description:

For the Compensation & Benefits department, we are looking for a global Manager of Compensation & Benefits (x|f|m). In this role you will report directly to the global Head of HR and be responsible for ensuring that compensation and benefits structures meet current and future business needs and are in line with objectives regarding internal equity and external market competitiveness.

  • Develop, implement, and manage a coherent compensation and benefits framework that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards and ensure the internal fairness of overall frameworks
  • Develop and lead the compensation and benefits team consisting of currently 6 team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, especially the HR senior management team, to drive the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs on a global basis, i.e., job evaluation, competitive compensation ranges, variable cash components, and employee benefits
  • Drive consistency and efficiency among compensation and benefits policies and practices
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, especially the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
  • Analyze and report on compensation and benefits data to manage relationships with vendors and service providers

What will convince us

  • University degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • Profound experience in a consultancy or international company with a focus on compensation and benefits
  • Several years of experience leading teams and/or strategic projects on an international level
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, laws, and regulations
  • Expertise in Workday is helpful
  • Expert knowledge in Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are a must; German skills are a plus
