Manager of FP&A

Sue Sumrell is recruiting for an FP& A Manager for a highly sought after creative company! This role primarily centers around the financial functions of the organization, including financial planning, modeling, and is a true finance business partner to the organization. This role is key in providing analytical support as well as financial reporting of projects and consolidated results. This is a very dynamic environment and you will utilize all of your finance expertise and multi-tasking skills! • Develop metrics and key performance indicators for business intelligence
• Review financial projections and models including company consolidated projections
• Conduct and review financial performance and budgets
• Prepare and review company budgets and forecasts
• Handle financial reporting and analysis for operations and management
• Manage long-range planning and resource allocation
• Champion digitization across systems
• Supervise direct reports and provide training.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in consolidated corporate financial reporting and planning
• Extensive experience in building forecasting models and analysis
• Hands on business partnering and ability to translate financial concepts to business owners
• Experience in Data Management
• Degree in Finance required and MBA preferred
• Experience in Financial Statements Consolidation is essential
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
