Description:
Sue Sumrell is recruiting for an FP& A Manager for a highly sought after creative company! This role primarily centers around the financial functions of the organization, including financial planning, modeling, and is a true finance business partner to the organization. This role is key in providing analytical support as well as financial reporting of projects and consolidated results. This is a very dynamic environment and you will utilize all of your finance expertise and multi-tasking skills! Responsibilities:
- Develop metrics and key performance indicators for business intelligence
- Review financial projections and models including company consolidated projections
- Conduct and review financial performance and budgets
- Prepare and review company budgets and forecasts
- Handle financial reporting and analysis for operations and management
- Manage long-range planning and resource allocation
- Champion digitization across systems
- Supervise direct reports and provide training.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in consolidated corporate financial reporting and planning
- Extensive experience in building forecasting models and analysis
- Hands on business partnering and ability to translate financial concepts to business owners
- Experience in Data Management
- Degree in Finance required and MBA preferred
- Experience in Financial Statements Consolidation is essential
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
