- Estimated annual base pay: $108,800(minimum) - $136,000(midpoint) - $163,200(maximum)

We are seeking a results-oriented Manager of Learning Operations to lead the execution, optimization, and governance of our learning programs, driving operational excellence and innovation. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations, integrate advanced digital learning technologies, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will push the boundaries of automation and AI in learning, advance an integrated and innovative learning technology ecosystem, collaborate with HR teams and business leaders, and design programs that align with our strategic goals. Reporting to the Director of Learning, the Manager of Learning Operations will operationalize the learning strategy with decision-making authority over the day-to-day, lead any learning technologists and Learning Management System administrators, and collaborate with local and global learning program managers and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of learning programs, ensuring alignment with short-term operational goals and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day learning initiatives, ensuring the timely delivery of adaptive, high-impact content that drives measurable outcomes such as improved member performance, skill acquisition, and engagement.
- Monitor learning program performance through data analysis and stakeholder feedback, working closely with HR, business leaders, and learners to continuously improve content, delivery methods, and program outcomes.
- Allocate resources (time, budget, personnel) to meet operational learning needs efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with HR business partners and enterprise leaders to understand learning technology and compliance needs and resource learning ecosystem to respond and adapt these needs in proactive, innovative, and adaptive ways.
- Oversee end-to-end operations of learning platforms (LMS and other digital tools), ensuring seamless user experience, integrated systems, and accurate reporting that aligns with organizational objectives.
