Manager of Rehabilitation
We are currently looking for a Full-Time
Manager of Rehabilitation to work in both an
inpatient and outpatient setting. The
successful candidate will be responsible to
oversee the day-to-day operations of the
Rehabilitation department as well as carrying
a partial Physiotherapy caseload, providing
high-quality clinical services within their
professional scope of practice including
assessment, intervention and documentation.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of
Clinical Services & Chief Nursing Officer, the
successful candidate is a highly motivated
individual who is client-centered and
passionate about improving the health and
wellbeing of our community.
The successful candidate will foster and

and will act as a role model for all staff and
promote the reputation of the facility in the
community.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess the

following:

• Bachelor or Masters degree in

Physiotherapy from an accredited

university

• License and registration in good standing

with the College of Physiotherapists of

Ontario

• Previous management experience and

five years of clinical experience is

preferred

• Strong manual therapy and exercise

prescription skills

• Strong leadership, and organizational

skills with the ability to work
independently and as part of a

collaborative team

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability

to communicate effectively with other

staff, patients and the public

• Bilingualism in French and English is an

asset

Benefits:

• $53.050 to $59.171 per hour

depending on experience
