The Manager of Omni Network and Strategy Analytics will establish and maintain a centralized data environment while leading strategic analytics initiatives. This role involves managing stakeholder relationships and translating complex Omni data—covering all eCommerce sales fulfilled by Walmart’s Store Network—into actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a flexible, growth-oriented mindset and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Be the SME on all Omni related data, reporting, analytics to arm teams and stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations to improve operations, grow sales and lower costs.
More details:
Database & ETL Management : Design and maintain Omni Reporting Analytics databases, improve ETL processes, and collaborate with stakeholders for seamless data integration. BI Development : Create detailed BI reports, develop tools for strategic planning, and manage Power BI workspaces. Project & Analytics Leadership: Lead improvement projects, perform advanced analytics, act as the primary analytics expert, and manage stakeholder relationships. Advanced Analytics: Apply techniques like machine learning, build analytical models, conduct root cause analysis, and implement data-driven insights. Training & Engagement: Promote BI tools, educate team, facilitate usage, and continuously evaluate and adapt resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-7 years’ experience in managing Big Data.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Excellent analytical and modeling capabilities, with Supply Chain Guru or Python as a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and advanced problem-solving skills. Experience with Machine Learning is a plus.
- Required proficiency in Excel and BI tools, including GCP, Looker, and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, with the ability to read and write SQL.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Strong presentation skills to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences.
