Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational Background: University degree (preferably in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline).
  • Work Experience: At least 10 years of working experience, with proven experience in leadership roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated ability to lead and coach diverse teams, strong understanding and experience of change management, stakeholder management skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strategic mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement.

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and inspire the team of advisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR, and procurement teams, to enhance the team alignment with business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Ensure adherence to external workforce processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Brand Building and Advocacy: Act as an ambassador for the External Workforce team, advocating for the team’s value and contributions within the organization and ensuring a positive brand image.
