Description:
Position Summary: Support audit operations and give office assistance.
Key Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor all activities of the scheduler (operations coordinator) related to the creation of customers and system audits, as well as improvements related to the process.
- Monitor the scheduling process and identify improvements such as logistical use, allocation of auditors and adverse situations that impact the operation
- Monitor all post-audit activities (operations coordinator) related to the issuance of certificates, participation letters, audit reports, among others, and process improvements.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practicesIdentify the need for process flows and coordinate the realization with the team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Portuguese.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.Strong ability to lead our core values
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration.
