Description:

Position Summary: Support audit operations and give office assistance.

Key Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor all activities of the scheduler (operations coordinator) related to the creation of customers and system audits, as well as improvements related to the process.
  • Monitor the scheduling process and identify improvements such as logistical use, allocation of auditors and adverse situations that impact the operation
  • Monitor all post-audit activities (operations coordinator) related to the issuance of certificates, participation letters, audit reports, among others, and process improvements.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practicesIdentify the need for process flows and coordinate the realization with the team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.Strong ability to lead our core values

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration.
