Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of a four-year Degree from an institute of recognized standing in an applicable discipline plus nine years of directly
    related experience, demonstrating progressively greater responsibility in a supervisory/leadership capacity. An equivalent

combination of related education and experience may be considered.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in a wide variety of HR competency areas. The ideal candidate will bring experience

in workforce planning, providing coaching and direction in a centralized Human Resources delivery model, in a large, complex

employee experience and engagement.

  • Developing and executing long-term people strategies that directly support and enable business objectives, employe

engagement and experience.

  • Direct, lead, and inspire the Organizational Development team members, fostering high-performing strategic partnerships t

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with senior leaders and Senior HR Business partners to advance the maturity of strategic and tactical workforce
    planning to ensure enterprise talent and workforce capabilities meets short- and long-term talent needs to achieve the

Enterprises objectives.

  • Overseeing the successful delivery of business unit planning, project delivery, and helping drive the strategic direction of the

Business Unit.

  • Developing, leading, and delivering the employee experience journey including the employee listening strategy to improve

employee experience and engagement.

  • Developing and executing long-term people strategies that directly support and enable business objectives, employee

engagement and experience.

  • Direct, lead, and inspire the Organizational Development team members, fostering high-performing strategic partnerships to

ensure the Enterprise meets both current and future needs.

  • Overseeing the development of the annual Business Unit planning process to ensure alignment to Enterprise and Business

unit goals and objectives and ensure successful tracking and progress against milestones to ensure value is achieved.

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of key performance drivers and HR effectiveness for the Human Resources

Business Unit and organizational impact.

  • Proactively engaging in understanding safety performance and culture and their drivers and positively influencing overall

safety performance and culture.

  • Lead and champion a culture of continuous evaluation and process improvement.
