QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree is considered an asset;
  • Education background and/or certificate in adult learning-related areas;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in adult learning and leadership development;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team;
  • Demonstrated experience in Leadership and Team Management;
  • Experience in Adult Learning, Curriculum Development and Facilitation;
  • Excellent Relationship Management, Communication and Interpersonal Skills;
  • Strong Problem-Solving, Strategic Thinking and Planning Skills;
  • A track record of driving performance and achieving measurable outcomes, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets through effective team leadership and resource management;
  • Post-secondary and public sector experience is considered an asset.
