QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree is considered an asset;
- Education background and/or certificate in adult learning-related areas;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in adult learning and leadership development;
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team;
- Demonstrated experience in Leadership and Team Management;
- Experience in Adult Learning, Curriculum Development and Facilitation;
- Excellent Relationship Management, Communication and Interpersonal Skills;
- Strong Problem-Solving, Strategic Thinking and Planning Skills;
- A track record of driving performance and achieving measurable outcomes, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets through effective team leadership and resource management;
- Post-secondary and public sector experience is considered an asset.
