Overview
Condé Nast is seeking a Manager of Growth Marketing who is highly analytical and has experience managing paid media across channels and platforms profitably. The Manager will oversee paid marketing initiatives across various Condé Nast brands to drive profitable, new subscriptions. The position is responsible for owning the day-to-day management and execution of paid media efforts through strong platform knowledge, media planning, A/B testing, and budget optimization skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive profitable customer acquisition efforts for multiple Condé Nast brands through Direct Response marketing
- Develop and execute A/B test plans that adhere to Direct Response testing principles. A/B testing will include landing page optimization, price/offer, creative, messaging, audience segmentation, etc.
- Develop media strategy and plans with responsibility to execute the plans through a mix of direct “hands on keyboard” and the management of external advertising agencies
- Build budgets and forecasts at the brand, platform and channel level that maximize customer LTV
- Track and regularly communicate campaign performance vs budget to key stakeholders
- Monitor competition, industry trends and apply best practices
- Collaborate with both external agencies and internal cross-functional teams such as creative, brand and product development
- Partner with the central analytics to leverage consumer data and insights to maximize ROI
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of a successful track record in digital and mobile direct response marketing
- Success driving results across paid search, paid social, programmatic and more (e.g., Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, Rokt) across mobile and desktop
- Strong understanding of optimization levers & testing approaches across media platforms
- Strong Direct Response marketing skills with A/B testing experience
- Hands on keyboard experience for at least 1 of the following platforms: Google Search, Meta, Apple Search Ads, or Snapchat
- Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem
- Strategic thinker as well as an agile executer who is able to pivot quickly
- Highly analytical with strong budgeting and forecasting skills
- Highly collaborative and team player by nature
- Excellent communicator - both verbal and written
- Ability to plan and operationalize marketing efforts that maximize LTV
- Ability to manage external agencies and vendors to drive best-in-class execution
- A passion for digital and mobile marketing with an active interest in online advertising industry trends and applying best practices
The expected base salary range for this position is from $70,000-$100,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
For bonus-eligible roles only: In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
