Savage X Fenty is currently hiring for a Manager, of Paid Media
The Manager, Paid Media will be responsible for growing and optimizing digital marketing and customer acquisition programs to drive new subscriber growth across a variety of different channels. You will be responsible for our paid media channels including social media, search, affiliates, streaming/TV, and other forms of digital media. This role with also partner with key-cross functional teams: Brand, Creative, Merchandising, and Finance to drive the business forward.
This position will have a Media Specialist, Paid Social as a direct report and reports to the VP of Growth.

What you can bring:

  • At least 5 years of work experience – prior media experience a plus
  • Degree in quantitative field preferred
  • Strong excel skills
  • Experience in demand generation/customer acquisition and full funnel marketing
  • Must possess curiosity, integrity, self-motivation, and a high level of attention to detail
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative expertise in marketing platforms, attribution, and site analytics
  • Interested in translating data into actionable insights
  • Willing to commute to El Segundo 3 days/week

What you will do:

  • Manage paid media channels across Social, Search, Affiliate, Streaming/TV and other forms of digital media
  • Work closely with creative teams to inform and request creative concepts and iterations
  • Understand and contribute to the optimization of all aspects of the customer acquisition funnel
  • Build relationships with key media partners, including Facebook, Tiktok and Snapchat as well as agency partners
  • Work closely with Ad Tech partners, to develop advanced automation and optimization solutions
  • Manage testing on a constantly growing pool of variables including offers, copy, creative, ad formats, landing pages, etc. across all paid social channels
  • Track and analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the performance of campaigns
  • Recognize and identify trends in real-time to leverage for performance
  • Occasionally work flexible hours including weekends, to adapt to the real-time nature of social media

The annual base salary range for this position is from $75,000-115,000. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
