QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree with advanced and progressive skills in high-volume payroll processing
• Proficiency with payroll software systems, such as UKG, ADP, SAP, or Dayforce.
• Experience with multiple-state payroll tax compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations and apply them to specific payroll scenarios.
• Familiarity with tax court rulings and IRS guidance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find creative solutions to tax related challenges.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to utilize leadership skills to engage and motivate a talented team.
• Collaborative and service-centric approach to exploring solutions to payroll challenges.
• Advanced skillset in UKG Pro and Ceridian Payroll Tax Filing Services.
• Ability to work alongside our HR team members in our Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey or Huntsville, Alabama office (please note the pay range for this role is for the NJ location and will be adjusted for Huntsville, AL accordingly.)
