We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the VPA as the Manager of our dynamic People and Culture team.
Reporting to the Executive Director, People & Performance this role provides key oversight and management of the People & Culture team, is the direct escalation point for leading complex senior advisory and business partnering activities and is responsible for ensuring delivery of best practice strategies, programs, solutions and tools that build the capability and performance of the VPA and maintains our reputation as an employer of choice.
A broad role, the Manager will be active in all aspects of contemporary human resource management including, organisational development, inclusion and diversity, occupational health and safety, workforce performance and capability, learning and development, industrial relations and statutory compliance.
