Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop a high performing team of people development advisors through regular coaching and feedback practices.
  • Build relationships with business leaders across the organization to support talent planning for our workforce and business needs.
  • Support our people development through existing and newly formed processes and initiatives as part of our strategic initiative of building an inclusive, resilient and skilled workforce.
  • Support modernized learning and learning technology initiatives.
  • Guide, oversee and facilitate leadership development programs for emerging and frontline leaders.
