In this role, you’ll work closely with the Chief of Staff to our Chief People Officer, taking on high-impact projects that shape the growth and success of our entire organization. You’ll have the unique opportunity to support and influence key People initiatives that touch every corner of the business, creating meaningful value and leverage for our Chief People Officer and their leadership team.

What You’ll Do:
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate closely with the PeopleOps leadership team, supporting high-impact projects across the department. You’ll gather crucial context, conduct research, connect with internal and external stakeholders, synthesize options, and empower leaders to make great decisions swiftly.
- Solve Complex Problems: Leverage your creativity and analytical skills to address ambiguous and challenging problems. You’ll craft innovative solutions that will leave a lasting impact on our organization.
- Build a Deep Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of the challenges and potential solutions related to both short-term and long-term needs for the People team in a rapidly growing business environment.
- Enhance Team Alignment: Work closely with the Chief of Staff to improve alignment across our People team and help improve our operating rhythm. Your efforts will enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the People function.
- End-to-End Impact: Work across the entire People team to make an impact at every stage of the People strategy. You’ll align vision and strategy, implement operational components, and ensure that all loose ends are tied up upon execution.
- Analyze and Recommend: Delve into data, trends, and emerging insights to uncover opportunities for improvement. Your well-reasoned recommendations will drive informed decision-making at the highest levels.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Be a catalyst for change by constantly seeking ways to optimize our processes and strategies. You’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying gaps, proposing actionable solutions, and ensuring effective implementation.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $115,000 USD - $165,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits
