Description
This role will support the university’s Healthcare Programme. The successful candidate will work closely with the Healthcare Lead and as well as Programme Director, SUTD faculty and researchers, and external collaborators and partners in driving the education and research agenda. The candidate is also expected to work with companies, government agencies, and SUTD faculty in facilitating various platforms and networks for collaboration and project implementation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform outreach to industry and agencies
- Identify and structure funding and collaboration opportunities
- Build networks with partners and manage key company and agency accounts
- Work closely with SUTD faculty and researchers on matters pertaining to industry collaboration projects, including but not limited to agreements and contract negotiations
- Co-ordinate project submissions for funding
- Manage and monitor both internal and external funded projects and budget
- Assist and support the management team in regular reporting of progress
- Provide administrative and secretariat support
Skills / Experience Required
- At least a bachelor’s degree with 6 years of working experience
- Good understanding and experience in research agreements and contracts and related documentation like non-disclosure agreements, MoU etc.
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Experience working independently and in large multi-functional teams
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills with multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in educational technology and online learning would be an advantage
