Title: Manager, Pipeline Programs

Location: Remote – Anywhere in the contiguous United States

JOB SUMMARY

The Pipeline Programs Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic programs that ensure a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and analytics teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and drive the success of our sales funnel. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and program development within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, pipeline management, or a related role.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s or advanced degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience working in sales operations, pipeline management, or a related role in a publicly traded company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful pipeline programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results.
    Location-specific compensation:
    California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $68-75k. Actual offer may be outside of this prediction and will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
