Job Description
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent practical experience or equivalent military experience required
- Possess a track record of managing Corporate Real Estate, Property and Facilities Management
- Proficiency in project management, encompassing hard and soft services as well as construction projects - Experience in supervising and coordinating the work of contractors to ensure minimal disruption to core activities
- Affiliations to Corenet/ RICS/ IFMA
Preferred Experience
- Profound industry knowledge and network with the ability to engage in strategic discussions and a deep understanding of market competitors and offerings
- Demonstrated ability to balance client demands, and coordinate with other WPR functions and support departments while effectively managing a blend of internal and outsourced resources to consistently achieve outstanding results
- Experience in leasing activities such as renting new space, lease renewals, and renegotiations
- Ability to create and manage operational budgets, along with calculating and comparing costs for required goods and services
- Demonstrated ability to execute and prepare tender documents for signing off contracts in line with company policies, involving the right stakeholders
- Solid experience in implementing existing and developing new processes, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- MCR/ CFM/FMP preferred but not mandatory
