SKILLS YOU NEED:
- University College degree and/or training in business administration or corresponding professional experience
- Experience in leading larger teams, ideally in a corporate environment
- Empathic, proactive and flexible leader with a passion for working with people from various backgrounds
- Profound knowledge of financial procedures in an operational environment
- Excellent knowledge of Czech as well as the English language
- Ability to build trust and make decisions

Responsibilities:
- Organizational and administrative management of Plzeň centre in cooperation with the Lead Physician and the Quality Management Representative
- Leading a team – support, motivate, provide regular training
- Motivating and developing employees to grow their abilities (providing clear objectives, conducting regular performance conversations, etc.)
- Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with internal, national and international regulations to guarantee product quality
- Preparation, implementation as well as ensuring compliance of budget and investment planning
- Assembling and securing personnel, spatial and technical conditions for the proper execution of requirements placed on the area
- Implementation and active participation in regular Management Meetings
- Developing a continuous improvement mindset in your plasma centre as well as initiation and coordination of improvement projects
- Defining and implementing an expedient centre strategy
