SKILLS YOU NEED:

  • University College degree and/or training in business administration or corresponding professional experience
  • Experience in leading larger teams, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Empathic, proactive and flexible leader with a passion for working with people from various backgrounds
  • Profound knowledge of financial procedures in an operational environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Czech as well as the English language
  • Ability to build trust and make decisions

Responsibilities:

  • Organizational and administrative management of Plzeň centre in cooperation with the Lead Physician and the Quality Management Representative
  • Leading a team – support, motivate, provide regular training
  • Motivating and developing employees to grow their abilities (providing clear objectives, conducting regular performance conversations, etc.)
  • Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with internal, national and international regulations to guarantee product quality
  • Preparation, implementation as well as ensuring compliance of budget and investment planning
  • Assembling and securing personnel, spatial and technical conditions for the proper execution of requirements placed on the area
  • Implementation and active participation in regular Management Meetings
  • Developing a continuous improvement mindset in your plasma centre as well as initiation and coordination of improvement projects
  • Defining and implementing an expedient centre strategy
