WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
ACML is actively seeking a Manager, Predictive Operations Centre located in Toronto, ON whose main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Performing continual consultation with client and operations managers as well as site managers and supervisors to develop initiatives and ensure operational alignment.
- To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and application of innovative thinking;
- To work with operations leads, and multi-departmental champions, to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing programme of change;
- To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within processes and identification of better ways of working;
- To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system;
- To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls.
- To work with other team members and departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training reporting and systems enhancements.
- To lead the root cause analyses process to determine and identify the ‘root-cause’ of the problem to prevent it from future recurrence as well as learn from any underlying issues.
- To conduct advance data collection and analysis for process mapping, business analysis and workflow analysis.
- To develop, support and direct the activities of the predicative operations team, ensuring appropriate skills and development are achieved at all times.
- To oversee and support the development and delivery of the 5-year roadmap.
- Participates in and support other duties as assigned.
