This position reports to the Director, Mill Process & Pilot Plant. This position is located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and is not available for remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the Process Control Team
  • Collaborate closely with Potash Engineering and Operating staff to ensure services of the Process Control & Operational Technology Team are meeting the needs and expectations of our sites
  • Maintain and administer Nutrien’s data historian system (Aveva Pi), DCS/PLC systems (DeltaV, Rockwell), and other supporting systems
  • Support collection of quality data from various data sources and software (RTDuet, K40s, AMS Machine Works, etc.)
  • Ensure Operational Technology systems are deployed in a manner consistent with best practices for cyber security, accessibility, and reliability
