FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

• In depth knowledge of Global Product Data and usage with business processes – on group level.
• Ability to transform and embed strategic business view into Global Product Data requirements.
• In depth knowledge about Brenntag internal, commercial reporting requirements.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel
• Advanced Data Analytics utilising analytics suit of technology such as SQL, MS Access, data wrangling tools to perform data cleansing and analysis

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Our team is currently looking for Global Product Data Excellence Manager in Data Excellence BSP. You will be responsible to define rules & standards for Global Product Hierarchy assignments; Responsible for related Change Management., Assessing business requirements and transformation towards Global Product Data structures & processes; Representing our Brenntag Specialties business division. Position may be based in any country across APAC.

ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

• Harmonization and definition of field content and field parameters with regards to Global Product Data.
• Providing guidelines / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for accurate Global Data Product structures and levels and concerning required Global Product Data maintenance to Global Product assignments.
• Adaptation and continuous improvement of guidelines / SOP according to requirements including communication to Brenntag stakeholders
• The management of the Global Product Data attribute; including the underlying assessment of the business requirements (initial and change management)
• Single point of contact for all Global Product Data structure related questions and issues
• Defining data quality management measures for accurate Global Product Data assignment and ongoing data maintenance.
• Definition of KPIs for the Global Product Data attribute in his area of responsibility
• Acts as escalation level and decision instance for run-organization for the Global Product Data steward.
• Acts as final and accountable decision instance for Global Product Data approval on Brenntag group level.
