Customer Delivery Canada is part of the Global Customer Delivery and North American Markets organization and plays a critical role ensuring the flawless delivery of Mastercard products and solutions for our customers and internal teams.
We partner with global and regional business units to provide value through our innovation and expertise; whilst delivering customer solutions flawlessly. We make it happen!
The focus of this role will be on customer implementations of Core (New customer onboarding, FinTech, BNPL) as well as Open banking. During each implementation project, the Product Delivery resource incorporates market knowledge into implementation processes by proactively addressing customer needs and evolving market conditions. As a Product Delivery Resource, a successful candidate will participate in building repeatable and scalable delivery models for new and complex products, thereby enabling the efficiency and quality of the product delivery teams

Responsibilities:

ROLE

  • Lead and manage assigned projects working with customers and internal Mastercard project teams from the pre-sales phase to the go-live of the project.
  • Practice strong project management principles with the delivery of Mastercard’s products/platforms and services; capturing lessons learned and best practices to constantly evolve Mastercard’s Product delivery capability.
  • Provide both business and technical subject matter expertise and support Customers
  • Ensures resolution of day-to-day technical/operational issues as related to assigned delivery projects
  • Assesses and documents customer needs and impact of implementation on business and technical processes from a Mastercard product perspective.
  • Provides input on how to enhance products, infrastructure, tools and processes to enhance customer experience through optimization of current processes to achieve efficiency and find faster ways to get work done with sustained quality.
