Manager, Product Management- Business, Cards and Payments
Small businesses have unique spending needs; sometimes opportunities come along that require them to amp up their spending quickly, and they need solutions to help them succeed. But that can be risky for the lender - how can we support our small businesses without adding undue risks for the company? That’s where our team comes in: our products help Small Business customers spend what they need while still protecting the company from risk.
Our team leverages Open Banking and Small Businesses’ data to power Business Cards & Payment products. We are currently focused on getting more businesses to enroll in our data sharing capabilities as well as on coming up with innovative ways to leverage that data - e.g.: We are already leveraging external financial information to improve parts of our Small Business underwriting process.
In this role, you will define and operationalize the data ecosystem for Small Business external data. You will work closely with business analysts, engineers, and other cross functional teams to create integrated roadmaps, prioritize development, define metrics and key results, and deliver scalable, quality Data Products that power the company’s most critical experiences. You will own the scaling of our connected banking products and infrastructure to be automation-ready so that it can power real time experiences, including Underwriting. Helping to harness the combined power of external financial data, and other new business data sources to deliver increased PVol and NPV to the business.
