This team spearheads strategy, business insights, value propositions, and product operations for all Consumer Debit and Prepaid products in the LAC region. This position will work cross-functionally to foster alignment and collaboration, driving strategic product pricing, acceptance growth strategies, and effective client and consumer communications.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic frameworks, business plans and go-to-market plans for the debit business with the objective to drive growth, penetration and profitability.
- Value Proposition Development: Help support the build and communication of compelling debit and prepaid value propositions. Prepare and deliver presentations that highlight the benefits and efficiencies of our product portfolio.
- Market Insight & Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about the evolving debit and prepaid landscape across LAC, including regulatory changes, technological advancements, and competitive dynamics. Apply this knowledge to inform product strategies and drive business outcomes.
- Communication Development: Create and develop effective communications that convey our debit strategy and its benefits to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Experience Analysis: Understand and analyze the end-to-end experience of all stakeholders—including cardholders, merchants, acquirers, and issuers/issuer processors—to influence our product roadmap and maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain a comprehensive scorecard to monitor key performance indicators related to debit performance in key and high growth markets. Proactively identify performance challenges and implement corrective actions to drive usage and revenue.
