As a Product Manager focusing on ATM self-service experiences & data, you will be reimagining our ATM experiences to create game-changing capabilities that will meet customer needs when they need to interact with cash. You will build services that will enable more self-service features to alleviate the need to see a Teller while dramatically improving the customer experience. Your features and tooling will power real-time, intelligent capabilities that will ensure the availability of our fleet, driving meaningful interactions for our customers in moments that matter. As customers continue to rely on cash, you’ll have a direct impact on building banking relationships that customers and our business can be excited about

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences.
• At least 3 years of experience working on the core product platforms that power digital experiences
• At least 3 years of digital industry experience for consumers
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of experience with web and client-side mobile platforms
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development process
• MBA or Master’s degree
  The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

  $163,300 - $186,400 for Manager, Product Management

  Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
  This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
