Job Summary
Oversee and manage technical and sales presentation support to help secure new business, successful customer integration and the utilization of established products. Support unit sales plan through pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure technical proposals on how Medline’s products can meet customer needs and how they can be integrated and implemented with customer’s systems and equipment are prepared and presented
  • Prepare and present customer systems/equipment needs plan to Medline teams to assure complete plan is feasible within cost, time, and environment constraints.
  • Ensure team understands customer’s business and analyze customer’s system and product needs.
  • Gather data and information on customers and participate in developing presentations relative to keeping customers current on product enhancements.
  • Conduct and review market research on new product ideas in order to develop product line expansion.
  • Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.

Required Experience:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and/or training staff.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualification:

  • Previous experience selling in hospitals and/or the healthcare industry.
  • Experience directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual
This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
