Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
An individual with exceptional work behaviors and ambition, will have the unique opportunity to lead the commercial and technical products/solutions team in the single-use technology portfolio. The person will be responsible for driving strategic growth and ensuring customer satisfaction across the region.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A proven track record of successfully implementing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
- A proven leader of a team of not less than three technical and sales specialists is preferred
- Strong technical expertise in the single-use technology portfolio in the bioproduction and biotechnology market segment
- Excellent communication in both presentation and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
- Fluent in both written and oral English.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.
- Forecast sales revenue and bookings accurately and provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in associated market segments.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management teams across Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Asia Pacific, Japan, and global collaborators to define market opportunities and contribute to product development.
- Provide technical expertise and commercial stewardship to support customers (internal and external) during the sales process.
- Plan and/or conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
