POSITION OVERVIEW:

The OneSource Finance PMO is a key role that manages the diverse set of projects across a global, regional and local environment, towards the following responsibilities and areas of work:

  • Employ strong critical and strategic thinking throughout the life cycle of a project.
  • Lead multiple projects of different complexity, size, and across multiple functions.
  • Create and lead teams, monitor project progress, set clear deadlines & accountability, solve issues that arise, manage budgets, manage risks, ensure customer satisfaction, and evaluate project performance.
  • Ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Manage and lead the project at different stages until a successful completion.
  • Identify, define, and embed new project methodologies / processes and tools.
  • Identify, develop, and execute change management & communication plans.
  • Assess global initiatives and how to leverage on our current processes and identify synergies within existing initiatives
  • Ensure the right processes are followed with operational discipline by developing workflows, Kaizens and root cause analysis.
  • Testing and implementation of new processes, ideas and/or technologies.
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and support appropriate process and/or improvements.

Qualifications

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects of different natures (process re-engineering, service placements, app development, etc), preferably at a multi-national company
  • Experience driving and monitoring performance, including balanced metrics, and reporting frameworks.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple people effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of business processes and how they connects/interacts with the stakeholders.
  • Data and SLA commitment driven supporting scalable solutions to support an ever-changing business environment in a Global Business Service organization
  • Continuous improvement and service-oriented mindset; consistently reviews processes and procedures to achieve synergies, drive efficiency and effectiveness and, improve client experience. Works across customer groups and other OneSource work streams.
  • Strong project management, team management, and client management skills.
  • Experienced professional with ability to anticipate team needs and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, exercise good judgment in decision making, understand and synthesize complex issues, and support the execution of business strategy.
  • Strong capability to build & execute change management and communication plans
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office (power point, excel, word, visio), Project management tools (Jira)
  • Strong finance acumen and experience using SAP, or equivalent.
  • Strives for excellence in execution, thinks strategically & critically and builds collaborative relationships.
  • Ability developing and implementing consistent procedures in a service environment.
  • Strategic planning, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Data Visualization & Data Analytics skills (preferable)
