The Manager Provider Recruitment manages and participates in Physician, Medical Executive leadership, and Residency faculty and Program Director recruitment activities across the system in partnership with other Physician Services and Development leaders, The Manager also takes a lead in Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner recruitment activities. Leads and develops high performing staff who support the recruitment of multiple physician and provider specialties, with a system-wide scope. Extends employment brand through recruitment and the associated support services for the highest quality, mission-inspired medical staff. Continually seeks to improve and deliver processes, outcomes, and customer evaluation of PS&D.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience
• 6 years Relevant experience
• 4 years Relevant leadership experience
