Responsibilities:
- Utilise your general insurance knowledge, financial and actuarial expertise to support the review of capital management processes including the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), Economic Capital modelling (ECM), regulatory capital, scenario and stress testing and other critical business processes.
- Support the implementation of QBE Group Model and UDA governance framework including development of tools, best practices across the Group and model reviews.
- Develop operationally efficient solutions using machine learning and other AI solutions (to identify key drivers of these risks and enhance risk controls) for the oversight of key financial risks including liquidity, credit, market.
- Ensure compliance with QBE policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
- Establish and foster a good working culture within the FRM, Group risk teams and broader business areas.
