Title: Manager, Regional Primary Care
Salary: $97,462 - $114,661 - $131,861 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Mon-Fri (core hours 9am-3pm)
Location: Park Royal Office, West Vancouver located on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Waututh Nations.

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Manager, Regional Primary Care to lead the development and coordination of primary care services in the region. In this role, you’ll work closely with community governance committees, health leads, and the Regional Health Authority to further develop the FNHA Primary Care model. You’ll provide critical support to mobile health teams, oversee the implementation of joint initiatives, and mentor a talented primary care team. To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Leadership and/or Informatics preferred
  • Relevant professional development/certification in areas of process improvement, virtual health care and change management
  • Eight (8) years or more related experience, including a previous leadership role, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Recent, relevant and significant experience (usually acquired over a period of 3-5 years) in a health care environment with a primary care or acute care planning, delivery, project management, strategic planning and community and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience working with First Nations communities or organizations including political leadership
