Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving growth in both commercial and residential sectors. This role involves managing a team of approximately 20-25 direct reports, including commercial and residential sales representatives and customer service support staff. Your primary focus will be on increasing market share, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the successful execution of key performance indicators (KPIs).
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 per year plus bonus. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
Location: New York City, Chicago, and Boston
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the tile, flooring, or construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and penetration in assigned regions.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance against KPIs, providing coaching and support to team members to enhance productivity.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Tilebar believes communication and collaboration are critical to the company’s overall success. In this role, you will work closely with many departments to align sales strategies with business objectives and market trends.
- Reporting: Regularly review and analyze sales performance reports to identify opportunities for team improvement and optimization.
Training and Development: Organize virtual and in-person training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
