To empower and diversify our agile Life Science Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry team, we are actively seeking a highly motivated manager with professional experience and exceptional leadership skills in a fast-paced R&D environment. KEYS TO SUCCESS

• University degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience and extensive expertise in hardware design in a leading position.
• Professional experience in Product Development Practices, Processes and Tools, preferably in the context of sophisticated analytical instruments.
• Experience in efficiently leading and inspiring teams is highly valued.
• Relevant design skills, knowledge of engineering design tools is highly desirable.
• Agile, creative thinking and a growth mindset, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement, passion to overcome boundaries in science and technology.
• We are seeking a team leader who excels in open communication and thrives in a collaborative and diverse environment.
• Motivating personality with an interdisciplinary approach that gets results.
• Trained to lead and to get decisions for comprehensive tasks.
• Excellent analytical skills and quick learning, comfortable with a high paced work environment.
• Proficient in English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
