- Support and drive the team to learn the skills to be able to support the Opentext Salesforce instance.
- Monitor and analyse KPI’s to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and manage team resources effectively.
- Identify areas for efficiencies in team collaboration, responsibilities and team structure.
- Develop programs and ideas to identify high potential employees to create a pipeline of candidates for future roles or leadership positions.
- Explore different Sales team alignment models to provide a more holistic and personal service to the Sales teams.
