Contract Type: Full-time + Commission
Salary: AED 5,000 + Commission
Job Description:
Royal Future General Transport is seeking an experienced and proactive Manager to oversee administrative operations, finance, procurement, and recruitment. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations, managing resources efficiently, handling key company documents, and overseeing the hiring process. The Manager will also have the authority to sign all relevant documents on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage administrative operations across multiple company locations.
  • Work closely with finance and procurement teams to ensure efficient budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement policies to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, assist in budgeting, and monitor company expenditures.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure cost-effective contracts.
  • Lead teams, supervise staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and employee onboarding.
  • Sign contracts, agreements, and other official documents on behalf of the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in finance, procurement, and recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate various operational activities.
