Description:

Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  • Support the process and methodology by which the CRO, ERC and Board can form a view on risk culture under the requirements of CPS 220
  • Support the delivery and embedment of Conduct initiatives in QBE
  • Drive the development of metrics and key risk indicators which can inform the management of Conduct Risk
  • Support the development of disciplined tracking and monitoring of conduct and risk culture milestones and commitments, including responses to relevant audit items, or issues and incidents.
  • Support the annual review of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, establishing the review process, co-ordinating stakeholder input, recommending key changes and making required changes to Code documentation.
  • Lead the team’s technical input into related training for Risk Culture and Conduct, including mandatory training in relation to the Code of Ethics and Conduct, working closely with the Compliance training team.
  • Support required governance activities, including ERC and Board reporting.
  • Support scanning of external events and regulatory trends in relation to Risk Culture and Conduct.
  • Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders and generate strong relationships to drive excellent outcomes.
