SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:
- Continually evaluates and proactively makes changes in the ambulatory care and primary care process to improve services for internal and external customers, through quality and performance improvement initiatives
- Supports in fiscal planning and budgeting for the medical practices across all sites, including supply chain management for medical practices for new clinical initiatives
- Leads operational innovations for the medical sections
- Evaluates staff needs, space, and equipment and makes suggestions for positive changes
- Ensures regulatory readiness across the organization
- Coordinates with PAS team to ensure template availability is maintained for medical staff
- Develops and Monitor Statistics related to show rates, cancellations, site volumes, booked rate
- Conducts Revenue Reconciliation for designated medical practices
- Works closely with AVP of Ambulatory, Section Chiefs, Directors of Outpatient Operations, and Director of Nursing to operationalize new clinical initiatives to increase access
- Leads initiatives to improve patient satisfaction as seen in Google Reviews and Press Ganey Surveys
- Responsible for onboarding, interviewing, and performance reviews of staff assigned
- Establishes and maintains consistency in the day to day operations of the medical practices across all sites
- Leads onboarding of new medical staff along with admin support and section chiefs
