Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Sales Compliance and Onboarding Manager is responsible for monitoring sales compliance processes for Lumen’s Mass Market Partner channel and internal field sellers. This role also oversees the onboarding process for new partners and internal field sellers. This role will have three direct reports in place with a fourth role being added.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the investigation of compliance violations and track violations, discipline paths, and remediation measures for each partner.
  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, CARR, QA, Compliance & Ethics, and Sales & Marketing departments to monitor the enforcement of Lumen’s Performance Management guidelines and contractual requirements.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and continuously improve them.
  • Oversee audits and investigations to identify suspicious behavior
  • Review compliance issues with cross-functional partners and make recommendations to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with training teams to create and update content based on opportunities identified during audits and investigations.
  • Make recommendations to improve procedures and reports periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signing to the first sale.
  • Support activities necessary for onboarding and offboarding internal field sellers.
  • Periodically audit partners to ensure adherence to contractual requirements.
