Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to both retail and corporate sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop retail and corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the teams.
Performance Monitoring
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs for sales teams.
- Regularly monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as necessary.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and corporate clients.
- Ensure that the sales teams provide luxurious personalized service and address customer needs effectively.
Process Improvement
- Continuously review and enhance sales processes and procedures to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, after-sales service, dealers and BYD sales team to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts towards achieving organizational objectives.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage sales budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources while maximizing ROI.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in sales operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in sales leadership roles within the automotive industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
