Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to both retail and corporate sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop retail and corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the teams.

Performance Monitoring

  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs for sales teams.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as necessary.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and corporate clients.
  • Ensure that the sales teams provide luxurious personalized service and address customer needs effectively.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously review and enhance sales processes and procedures to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, after-sales service, dealers and BYD sales team to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts towards achieving organizational objectives.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage sales budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources while maximizing ROI.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in sales leadership roles within the automotive industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
