Description:
Position: Manager, Sales Operations
Position Type: Full-time
Location: Canada / Remote
Division: Commercial Operations
Reports to: Director, Sales Operations
Responsibilities:
- Assist with revenue forecasting, assessment of ability to close, budget setting, metrics and KPI tracking
- Assist with the creation of management presentations and modeling to support business growth
- Interpret and present data results, analyzing trends in our business
- Assist with administration and maintenance of CRM tool
- Ensure consistency and governance for processes and measuring and reporting on improvements
- Consistently review, recommend and implement enhancements to the Sales Operations reporting portfolio including automation of calculations
- Support cross functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT, PMO etc) with timely and relevant customized and ad-hoc reporting as required
