Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Data Management is a key lever in enabling selling teams to deliver on company revenue goals in excess of $3bn across Life Sciences groups in EMEA. As part of the sales operation’s leadership team, you must be an experienced people manager who will lead and develop a team of sales operations analysts.
In this key position you will be responsible for all aspects of data management. The main functional tasks will revolve around the design, build & continuous improvement of data management tools & processes across multiple ERPs & CRMs.
Responsibilities:
- Play a leading role in the development and design of the departmental vision, capabilities, infrastructure, and roadmap.
- Leader of the annual sales territory alignment execution project
- Scoping, designing, and implementing data management models & tools to support the sales teams.
- Be a trusted business advisor to senior leadership, applying your expertise in the design of processes & tools.
- Maintain & improve team performance to challenging SLAs & tight team deadlines.
- Lead, coach & develop a team of Commercial Analysts, driving a focus on continuous learning & desire to drive process improvement at scale.
- Operate effectively in a complex data environment, using multiple ERPs & CRMs
- Main point of contact for integrations from a data perspective for sales operations
- Work collaboratively with peer group & wider team to build clear road map for best in class, scale-able sales operations function.
