Description:
THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:
- Substantial experience within a complex matrix organization in a high technology and medical product/service sector
- In-depth understanding of Sales and Sales Support concepts
- Experience in managing and developing professional associates
- A high degree of independence
- Customer-oriented way of thinking and acting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or any other relevant education
- Fluent in English and German
IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:
- Guiding and influencing cross-functional

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales Support & Administration department with 14 employees and develop a high-performance team (incl. effective change management). Constantly maintain a mind-set focused on developing top talent.
- Customer contract management & compliancy as well as profitability assessments
- Management of Beckman Coulter product lines, order fulfilment and training of the customer in using devices
- Communicates with vendors and customers and arranges for third party inspections
- Tender management, billing execution from invoice to disputed resolution.
- Driving change processes for compliancy and efficiency gain utilising our continuous improvement tools (Danaher Business Systems)
- Inventory management
