EDUCATION
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Engineering field
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales/commercial experience in handling distributors in defence and government sectors.
- Strong in Optical Spectroscopy Instrument sales.
- Familiar with government tender processes.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Strong market knowledge and professional networks.
- Strong leadership skills
- Commercial mentality, strongly motivated by a desire to win new business.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and competitors
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, with initiative, and good business judgment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- High energy, team player and capability of working under pressure.
- High willingness to learn MCS product portfolio
- Willing to travel 50-60%
