Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to support our C-level executives. In this pivotal role, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks, allowing our leaders to focus on strategic initiatives that drive our vision forward.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of related experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Previous experience in the real estate or entertainment industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries and coordinating communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and demonstrate discretion at all times.
- Support the preparation and organization of board meetings, including agenda creation and minute-taking.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as directed by executives.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams and departments.
