For this role, we are seeking Consultant or Senior Consultant who will help deliver on our ambitious plans to grow our practice.
We are seeking an experienced professional with an experience in Data and AI, with a strong focus on responsible AI, data & AI risk management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating and managing a portfolio of AI enablement services. This role includes developing and nurturing client relationships, leading project teams, coaching and mentoring professionals, and maintaining a continuous focus on personal and professional growth. The role will have full life-cycle responsibility over Responsible AI, strategy, and AI Risk, including identifying opportunities, proposal development, project delivery, team leadership, and ensuring the quality of project deliverables.
The successful candidate will have responsibility to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies that align with clients’ goals, mission, and vision. Embed risk management frameworks into the AI lifecycle to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support our clients to grow responsibly through the use of applied data and analytics.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership in the field of responsible AI, data & AI risk management, and regulatory compliance. Support the industry leadership in growing our AI governance and risk analytics business.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technology innovations, and AI regulatory requirements. Ensure all AI solutions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support the establishment of a repeatable analytical models and approaches for clients.
- Identify opportunities for new business, develop proposals, and assist in pursuit efforts to secure new engagements. Work with other Deloitte functions to further the use of data & analytics in go to market activities.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Provide guidance and support to help team members in delivery and achieve their career goals.

In this role, the expected qualifications are:
- Bachelor’s degree, or MS degree in Business, Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
- Minimum 6 years (Manager) / 8 years (Senior Manager) of experience of managing, strengthening, and broadening key client relationships, people and management skills.
- Minimum 6 years (Manager) / 8 years (Senior Manager) of professional experience in data and AI, with a primary focus on responsible AI, data & AI risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, business writing and professional skills, including being able to liaise with both technical and business contacts at our clients.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Structured problem solving skills and logical thinking, as well as ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
- Proven experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or related fields, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and their ethical implications.
- Strong data science and/or data engineering experience. Strong knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks.
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and AI regulatory requirements, and quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Team player with the ability to work in a hybrid model (on-site and remote).
